B;tches Be Bake'n is a sourdough cottage bakery based in Boise, Idaho. We bake everything in small batches — no shortcuts, no preservatives, no compromises.

Each loaf takes a minimum of 3 days from feed to bake, with 24-72 hours of cold fermentation for added health benefits. Every pastry is made from scratch. We pop up at local markets, shops, and roadside stands around the Treasure Valley — and we ship.

We're not your typical bakery. We're a little edgy, a lot passionate, and absolutely obsessed with wild yeast.

We source quality ingredients, stick to traditional techniques, and bake to order so nothing sits on a shelf. You get it fresh or you don't get it at all.

Breads, cookies, and pastries are made in a home kitchen and are exempt from inspections and regulations under Idaho Cottage Food Law.
